PROJECT AIMS:
The aim of the project is to strengthen personal and social competencies in the professional development of workers in economic and administrative sectors through the development of innovative and multimedia materials which will allow the acquisition and formation of personal and social competencies.
The partners aim to develop tools and solutions that will allow the development of qualifications as well as personal and social skills which are necessary to complement professional competences in the administrative and economic sector. Strengthening competencies will enhance the quality of services in the industry and increase the soft skills of employees which in turn will allow to build broader local and inter-industry partnerships.
PROJECT PARTICIPANTS:
• VET teachers in formal and informal education,
• VET students (those in education and learning)
• employers and employees of companies cooperating with educational institutions.
INDUSTRY:
The administration and financial industry is a sector of the economy in which people dealing with various aspects of financial management and administration in enterprises, institutions and organizations are employed. The administrative and financial sector includes, among others: accounting, human resources, payroll, controlling, audit, risk management, administration, as well as investment and finance departments. People working in this industry plan, organize and coordinate activities related to finance and administration, as well as cost control, budgeting, financial analysis, customer service and the preparation and analysis of various types of reports and documents. The administrative and financial sector is important for almost every company, because it allows you to maintain financial liquidity and smooth functioning of the entire organization. Working in this industry requires not only knowledge of finance and management, but also analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Employees in the administration and finance industry often have to work with customers, suppliers and other employees within the organization, which requires appropriate interpersonal skills from them.
